How long will my delivery take?

All candles are made to order unless otherwise stated as "in stock". We aim for delivery between 3-5 business days.

 

How do I return my item/I have a problem with my item.

We take pride in the items we produce and if you are not satisfied with your order then please contact us and we will ensure the problem is rectified and refunded if needed.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If an in-stock item is ready to be dispatched then we can cancel the order and a refund will be issued. If an item has been clearly stated as "made to order" or has been customized to your liking then a 50% refund will be issued.

 

Can I change my order?

If your order has been submitted and you need to amend the item/s please contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to accommodate providing the order has not already been dispatched.

 

I would like a refund.

Once the item has been returned we will inspect it to ensure a refund can be granted. If the item meets approval then a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that it can take time for your bank to process the refund.
